Last week of school internship

In the final weeks of school internship,  This week I had classes in +2 F  on the topics from the chapter 'Organising (functional and divisional structure)' and +2 G on the topic from the chapter 'staffing' (elements of staffing and sources of recruitment and internal and external source of recruitment). onam celebrations along with students was a different experience for me. i took photos with model school teachers and students.

second phase school internship gave me more insights into the environment than first phase school internship which was conducted during the covid peak situations.
